CNK Realty Completes Sale-Leaseback of Venice Medical Office

CNK Realty is pleased to announce that it has completed the sale of a medical office condominium located in Venice, Florida on behalf of our client, Gulf Coast Kidney Associates. The 2,700 square foot property is located at 375 Commercial Court and was sold to in investment group utilizing 1031 exchange funds represented by Sarasota Commercial Realty. Gulf Coast Kidney Associates has occupied the space since it was purchased in 2008 and signed a new lease to continue to utilize the property.
