CNK Realty Completes Sale of Manatee Ave. Medical Office Building

CNK Realty is please to have completed the sale of the medical office building located at 2816 Manatee Avenue. The recently completely renovated building is conveniently located between West Bradenton and Downtown Bradenton. We were pleased to represent both the seller and the buyer in facilitating this transaction, unfortunately during a worldwide pandemic. However, everyone involved worked diligently to facilitate the closing using electronic and mail services to promote proper social distancing.
