CNK Realty is pleased to have completed the sale of two properties totaling approximately 8,500 square feet on State Road 70 in Bradenton on behalf of the estate which owned the properties. The properties were sold to a medical group which intends to utilize one of the buildings as a general medical office and lab, while the smaller building will be converted to a procedure center.
