The center was purchased by the owners of the ASC after leasing the space for several years and establishing the practice. CNK Realty assisted in the leasing of the space originally and negotiated an option to purchase the property on behalf of the tenant. Bayview currently provides outpatient procedure for colonoscopy, endoscopy, pain management, retina, pacemaker implants, spinal cord stimulators and other same day procedures.
