Intercoastal Medical Group To Construct 25,000 sf Medical Building in Lakewood Ranch

LAKEWOOD RANCH — Intercoastal Medical Group is moving forward with plans to develop a 25,400-square-foot, two-story medical office building at Lakewood Ranch Boulevard and Rangeland Parkway.   The $6.5 million project, now working its way through the Manatee County approval process, could be completed as soon as December, said Fred Starling, Intercoastal’s agent for the project.   That is contingent on getting approvals from Manatee County, and completing the land purchase from developer Schroeder-Manatee Ranch.
