Our tenant representative services will work with physicians and medical groups looking to lease or purchase space in Sarasota, Bradenton, Venice and other parts of the West Coast of Florida. We work with our clients to understand their needs, how their practice functions and negotiate the best terms possible, whether they are renewing their current lease, expanding, relocating, or purchasing space for the practice. Our investor representation works with individual and institutional investment companies looking to manage the leasing process of their investment. We will market your property to our network of medical contacts and other commercial brokers in the area in a professional and results driven manner.
